Right of Withdrawal – PALMO

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without needing to state a reason.

The period to exercise this right begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receive the product.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you all payments made, including standard shipping costs (except additional costs), within 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notification.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you prove that you have sent them back.

Return costs

The direct return costs will be your responsibility.
